The PVR seven-screen multiplex was launched at the Ampa Sky City Walk.
Mr. Pramod Arora, Group President, PVR Ltd launched seven-screen multiplex at Ampa Sky City Walk near aminjikarai. With this launched the PVR Cinemas screens in India have gone up to 123 with its presence going up to 17 cities. This multiplex has a seating capacity of 1794. it known that there is a plan to invest about Rs. 120 crores this year, and expand our presence across the country. For South India, specifically looking at investing Rs 50 crores in the coming 18 months.
The tickets are priced at Rs. 120. Speaking on launch Mr. Pramod Arora told that South is an important market for PVR and today’s launch in the capital city of Tamil Nadu- Chennai is a step in the right direction to accomplish our expansion plans.
