unnai pol oruvan(UPO) a remake of bollywood hit a wednesday. This movie proves to be a true reflection of a common man’s anger against Terrorism. It is undoubtedly one of the most awaited movie of this season.
Kamal Haasan plays the protagonist against the terrorism. Mohan Lal plays the role of a commissioner. Veteran actress Lakshmi plays the role of the chief secretary, often putting up indifferences with the commissioner depicting the reality. The hero’s objective gets revealed only in the second half until then the audience mind rolls with inquisitiveness.The hero of the film is seen seated on a chair throughout the film but still pulls the audience to the edge of the seat. The credit goes to the Debutant Director Chakri Toleti.
The back ground score is commendable. This is the first full length Indian feature film to be shot completely in RED One format and Cinematographer Manoj Soni has handled it well.
